Our journey begins once you contact us by email or phone. We will discuss the services you desire and schedule an appointment at the project site.
Initial Site Visit
At the initial meeting, we will discuss the project in detail and answer any questions. We will recommend solutions and explore options using our sample fabrics, hardware, and shades or blinds. Field measurements and photographs will be taken.
Creating the Design
Custom order fabrics, trim, hardware, and shades are selected and estimated based on the selected styles and products.
Finalizing the Design
The estimate is discussed and adjustments to the design and products are made if necessary before the written proposal is prepared.
Order and Fabrication
Once the signed proposal and deposit are received, custom products are ordered and/or fabricated in our own workroom.
The installation will be scheduled and performed by our own professional installers.
